All orders will be carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage in transit. We use bubblewrap, packing paper and appropriately sized cardboard boxes to make sure your LEGO set(s) arrives in the condition described.Â

Excellent -Â 99% perfect, no/little damage.
Good -Â Minor imperfections such as minor shelf wear or imperfect corners.
Satisfactory -Â Considerable shelf ware (creases/scratches).
Bad -Â Heavily damaged (considerable holes/creases).
Awful -Â Open/severely crushed. The contents of the box are still new and sealed.
